Hi: Today Sunday 23rd. I am asking for a miracle. I have been working with a man name Patrick for weeks.

I have been taking a lot of verbal abuse and finger pointing from him. I have done all that I could to help this gentleman. Lots of running around, phone calls, back and forth form my office to his house in cold pouring rain, done everything he has asked. I am now sitting on final papers that he needs to sign to complete the transaction and he is now backing out, he claims that tomorrow he will decide.
