Matthew 6. 33. But seek ye

2 Thessalonians

knees. Elijah knew who gave rain and who withheld it, as well as every
blessing. Pray believing today for something so far you have never had the answer.
Believe it. And wait for the manifestation of it.
Psalm 37.23. The steps of a good man are
ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.
Psalm 102.17. He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not
despise their prayer.
Philippians 4. 19. But my
God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ
Jesus.
Hebrews 4. 16. Let us
therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and

watches how we are treated.
Genesis 33. 24. And Jacob

day. - Do not give up on God's promises- keep praying.
Genesis 39. 23. The keeper
of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the Lord
was with him, and that which he did, the Lord made it to prosper. -God will bless you at work if you trust
and obey Him.
Exodus 2. 24. And God
heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac,
and with Jacob. God sees your tears and remembers every hurt.
Exodus 3. 7. And the Lord
said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and
have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their
sorrows;
1 Kings 20.11. And the
king of Israel answered and said, Tell him, Let not him that girdeth on his
harness boast himself as he that putteth it off. Don't brag about it. Do it.
Eliminate one of your pretentious boasts today. Do it.

had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much
rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean. -God's answers may
seem simple but they work.

Rebellion: 1 Samuel 15.23.

Disobedience to or rejection of God's
Word will cause you trouble everywhere, including work.
1 Kings 11. 14. And the
Lord stirred up an adversary unto Solomon. Our sin causes us trouble at
work!
2 Chronicles 15.2. the Lord is with you, while ye be with Him; and
if ye seek Him, He will be found of you; but if ye forsake Him, He will forsake
you. God's answer to the prayer may be no. Why?.
Psalm 118.8. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put
confidence in man. The middle verse in the Bible, a central crede in life.
Psalm 141.3. Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door
of my lips.

have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:

of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he
became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
10. And herein I give my
advice: for this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do,
but also to be forward a year ago.
11. Now therefore perform
the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a
performance also out of that which ye have.
12. For if there be first
a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not
according to that he hath not.
2 Corinthians 9.. 6. But
this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which
soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 7. Every man according as
he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity:
for God loveth a cheerful giver.
1 Timothy 6. 17. Charge
them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in
uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to
enjoy; 18. That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to
distribute, willing to communicate; 19.
Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to
come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
