Salvation is by grace not works
Our salvation
depends upon WHO JESUS is.

Matthew 1.21. And she
shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save
his people from their sins.
John 10. 10b. I am come that they might have life, and that they
might have it more abundantly.
Hebrews 2. 3. How shall we
escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken
by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Psalm 116.9. I will walk
before the Lord in the land of the living.
John 6. 39. And this is
the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I
should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40. And this is the will of him that sent me,
that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting
life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 3.36, 3.16, 5.24
John 14. 1. Let not your
heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2. In my Father's house are many mansions: if
it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I
will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be
also.
John 17.12. While I was
with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I
have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the
scripture might be fulfilled.
John 17. 24. Father, I
will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they
may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the
foundation of the world.
John 20. 31. But these are
written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and
that believing ye might have life through his name.
Romans 8.35. Who shall
separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36. As it is written, For thy sake we are killed
all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37. Nay, in all these things we are more than
conquerors through him that loved us. 38.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other
creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ
Jesus our Lord.
2 Corinthians 1.20. For
all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God
by us. 21. Now he which stablisheth us
with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 22. Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in
our hearts..
Hebrews 5. 9. And being
made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey
him;
Hebrews 9. 12. Neither by
the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the
holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
Hebrews 10. 10. By the
which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ
once for all. 11. And every priest standeth daily ministering
and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12. But this man, after he had offered
one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; 13. From henceforth expecting till his enemies
be made his footstool. 14. For by one
offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Hebrews 12. 2. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher
of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of
God.
1 Peter 1.8. Whom having
not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye
rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9. Receiving the end of
your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
John 6.28. Then said they unto him, What shall we do,
that we might work the works of God?
29. Jesus answered and said unto
them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
Romans 4.
16. Therefore it is of faith, that it
might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to
that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of
Abraham;
Romans 5.
1. Therefore being justified by faith,
we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Romans 10.
9. That if thou shalt confess with thy
mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him
from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 11.
6. And if by grace, then is it no more
of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it
no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
2 Corinthians 4.
7. But we have this treasure in earthen
vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
Galatians 2.
16. Knowing that a man is not justified
by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have
believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ,
and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be
justified.
Galatians
3.8. And the scripture, foreseeing that
God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto
Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed 11. But that no man is justified by the law in
the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12.
And the law is not of faith: but, the man that doeth them shall live in
them. 13. Christ hath redeemed us from
the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is
every one that hangeth on a tree:
Galatians
3.22. But the scripture hath concluded
all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them
that believe.

26. For ye are all the children of God
by faith in Christ Jesus.
Titus 3. 5. Not by works of righteousness which we have
done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration,
and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6. Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus
Christ our Saviour; 7. That being
justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of
eternal life.
Hebrews 4.
9. There remaineth therefore a rest to
the people of God. 10. For he that is entered into his rest, he
also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
